Alito Will Win Cinfirmation

Judge Sam Allito becomes Justice Sam Alito today and the Supreme Court moves one step closer to returning to its constitutional boundaries. One to go.

I'm Back (Again)

My last post was in August '05 partly because it seemed no one was reading or at least commenting. Recently another blogger commented and sent me an e-mail so here I am again a thank you to Arnoldlando 1471, his blog is here. I am now teaching at a local community college including two courses I have not taught before which are taking much time. I will try to post regularly .
